Jessica Worthington is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of Texas. Originally from San Antonio, she received her graduate training in Seattle and her post-graduate training in the District of Columbia where she worked at a community mental health agency and a faith-based group practice.

Over the last four years of her practice, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families of all ages who are seeking to create practical and lasting changes in their lives. Jessica works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, child & adolescent issues, parenting struggles, marital & couples conflicts, and sexual concerns.

Jessica utilizes a holistic approach by viewing the physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of people's lives as both contributing to their struggles and serving as resources to achieving attainable goals. She assists clients in creating healthy family dynamics, resolving damaging conflicts, and ultimately bringing about overall wellness to individuals and families.
